Medan (Sumatera Utara)Responsibilities:
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales in the territoriy; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Build good cooperation with Distributors and Marketing Division to achieve sales objectives
Plan & implements regional sales & promotion programs.
Maintains team job results by motivating, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Report to National Sales Manager
Requirements:
Strong Analytical thinking, leadership and mangerial skill
English is a must
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
