Marketing Manager
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities, and policies to promote products.
Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost factors.
Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives, and customer satisfaction.
Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, analyzing business developments, and monitoring market trends.
Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services.
Coordinate marketing communication
Compile lists describing product offerings (product bibles).
Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
Requirements:
Having experience in marketing strategy, market research, advertising & promotion, develop product branding, and sales plan
At least 2 year experience in the same position, and have background in sales
Have excellent attention to details
Strong achievement motivation
Able to work in a team, and work under pressure
Operational Manager

Responsibilities:
To develop strategies, manage the staff and resources available to fulfill the Foundation’s mission.
To perform day-to-day operational tasks optimally.
To raise fund, coordinate, and manage all program and activities of the Foundation.
To develop a world wide network of partners, donors, volunteers and Social Organizations
Requirements:
Male or female
Education minimum Bachelor degree preferably Public Relation / Communication, and or any major
Minimum 3 years experience managing organization in a business / private sector / social / NGO
Creative, have good communication and writing skill
Excellent written and oral communication in English
Strong interest and passion in social work, has a loving and caring attitude, likes to help others, always thinking positive
Healthy, willing to travel, able to cope with deadlines and under pressure environment
Responsibilities:
Develops system requirements and design web interface
Implements web based application
Develops / maintains offline applications to facilitate defined business processes and overall optimization of the system
Responsible for the implementing web and database security measures
Perform testing, optimization,and debugging
Performs code reviews
Writes documentation to describe system development, logic, coding, and corrections
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication)
GPA min 3.00
At least 2 years of experience
Detailed understanding & solid experience in web development, cross-browser development, programming/scripting languages and tools, & database systems (PHP - Expert, HTML 5, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, CSS, MySQL, WordPress, Bootstrap)
Good experience with designing web interfaces, latest UI patterns and UX designs
Other desired skill sets, but not mandatory : iPhone / iPad / Android / BB native apps development
Good command in English (oral and written communication)
Good ALGORITHM, analytic, and systematic skills
Able to work in a team
A fast learner, a self-starter, highly initiative person
Able to work under pressure and result-oriented
