Job Description
Lead in expanding areas of operations and clients
Ensure development and consistent execution of operational policies and procedures related to field, staff, delinquency, performance, and branch management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
At least 2 years of experience in operational level preferably from microfinance and banking sector
Fluent in written and spoken English
Good organizational skills
Good interpersonal skill and high commitment
Good attention to detail and good initiative
Integrity, discipline and attention to details a must
Willingness to travel 50% of the time within West Java and Banten
Have a strong work ethic and require minimal direction
Thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment
