Loyalty Program Development
Responsibilities:
Propose and develop creative concept for customers’ loyalty programme
Budget planning for loyalty programme
Acquire the appropriate merchants for CIMB Niaga customers segment
Liaise closely with Marketing & Communication team to create loyalty programme strategic communication plan
Provide regular report on the effectiveness of the on going loyalty programmes
Requirements:
Maximum 30 years old
Fluent in English
Good Computer Literacy (Excel, Power Point, etc)
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Bachelor Degree from reputable University
Creative individual to handle promotional programmes with third party
Having 1 or 2 years experience in banking industry in product development or merchant business would be an advantage
Ability to handle budgeting and expense monitoring for tactical programmes
Highly motivated individual who can work under pressure and a team player
