JOB DESCRIPTION
You live in Bali, you are expert in Excel and you are used to work with MYOB or equivalent
Your accounting and financial background in a fast moving company will be an asset. Advanced Microsoft Excel, typing, strong attention to detail and follow through, are a must in this diverse role which is more oriented to financial and administrative matters.
The financial aspect of your role will encompass the smart input of detailed numbers in excel spreadsheet and Myob accounting software and issue reports using Microsoft Office tools (word, Excel, PowerPoint) for the company management.
What You Will Be Doing
- Accounting: Cash Flow report, MYOB data entry, analytics, budget, Bank statement reconciliation
- Finance: Assist the management in doing budget planification, managing forecast under excel spredsheets,
- Communication with group public accountant
- Knowing SIngapore accounting is a plus
Preferred experience and background
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Must be able to deal with Indonesian Tax matters (PPH21, PPH23, PPH25...) as well as THR calculation
• Required skill(s): Myob accounting, microsoft office, Excel (ADVANCED), cash-flow, forecast,
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kerobokan-Bali
• Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
